RD Membership explained

  • How do RD packages work?

    Rather than pay per treatment, you get an annual (12 month) allowance of dermal filler and botulinum, and discounts on skin treatments. From the day you sign up you may use your allowance. The inclusive filler allowance is often used in 1 (i.e. complete facial re-shape or re-balance) or 2 sittings, where-as botulinum treatments are normally repeated every 3-4 months. Skin treatments are discounted up to 75% (Gold packages). The different packages are designed to cover the range of potential treatment programmes individual clients require. Each package saves you hundreds to thousands of pounds per year.

  • How much dermal filler do I require?

    Your individual dermal filler requirements are based upon your desired facial re-shaping / rejuvenation needs, and how long the dermal filler lasts. In general treatments around the jaw and cheeks last for 12-15 months, around the eyes 12 months and lips 6-9 months. At RD we rarely require need much more than 1 ml for lips, tear trough, cheeks, nose or mouth lines respectively. The Bronze plus package thus covers most client’s annual needs (5mls p/year). However, areas such as the chin, jaw and temple, may require more than 2mls each, and in these instances the silver packages are required. Clients having complete facial reshaping or volume restoration (especially men) may need more then 10mls p/year stepping up to the Gold packages.

  • How much botulinum do I require?

    A standard anti-wrinkle face treatment for forehead and eye lines (3-zone), requires 50 units. Its recommended to repeat treatment every 4 months. The yearly total is thus 3 x 50 = 150 units. All packages cover this requirement. Men may require more units especially in the forehead area.

    Masseters (jaw slimming) requires dosage based upon individual muscle size, ranging from 40-80 units per treatment. Repeated 3 times a year this may add 120-240 units p/yr. Anti-sweating treatments require 100 units, but last up to 6 months. Clients may only have such treatments in the summer months, others all year round. Other smaller treatments areas (e.g. Gummy smile or browlift) require only 5-10 units each time. If a package doesn’t quire cover the annual requirement, additional units are sold at a discount to ensure value and affordability

  • Prices may vary based upon geographical location (for example our Dundee Clinic costs are ~20% less)

Additional follow up appointments are recommended at 3 months, 6 months and these can be carried out over the phone or in person lasting 30 mins, cost £100*2.
