Founder
As the founder of Rejuvedoc® Mark’s vision with aesthetic medicine is to enable people to re-shape their appearance, body and mind. Mark’s passion is to help others reach their potential, be it looking their best, getting into shape, or living with mental clarity and vitality.
As a London based plastic surgery registrar Mark’s NHS interests involve microsurgical trauma and breast reconstruction. Mark’s aesthetic interest is focused towards bridging the gap between surgical (e.g. face lifts) and non-surgical interventions. Faces may be reshaped completely (from nose to chin) with dermal filler alone, but sometimes despite its greater cost and risk, surgery, or a combined approach, is the better option. Mark is an ambassador for Revolax and head trainer Fox Academy.
Mark has also trained in areas of anti-aging, health optimisation, and psychological therapies. These include hormone balancing (BHRT), nutrition, fitness and NLP/life coaching. These interests follow from a life that has involved cross pollination; having been an ex-national level sportsman, music promoter (MC and DJ’ing previously) and regular attendee to the world’s best life coaches (e.gs Tony Robbins, Landmark and Rebel Wisdom).
As a teacher, Mark is a level 7 aesthetic trainer and has completed a masters degree in medical education. Having published related work, mark bases his teaching on the ‘deliberate practice’ method; one of the few evidence based approaches shown to predictably lead to expertise. Mark has developed courses for both Revolax and Dermamedical.
Academically mark has also completed research in skin cancer (MD) and microsurgery (MSc). His work has been published / presented on both a national and international stage. He aims to bring this academic rigour to his teaching, training and execution of aesthetic medicine.
